Advantage of flat pack container
1.Easy Installation
The main parts are used automatic welding before leaving factory, it will be more precise and stronger. When assembling, no welding is needed, we use bolts only, it is easy for 4 adults to move all the materials and assemble it.
The roof is EPS panel, is very easy to assemble. It can save labor and time.
2. Detachable Structure Design
A. We use detachable structure design, when assembling, we don’t use cranes, that can be convenient for the project.
B. We ship the container house in components, so we can ship 14 units in one HQ container, which can make the shipping cost more cheaper.
3.Flexible Size
A: For the standard product , the outer size is 5.910(L)*3.01(W)*2.71(H) meters. The inner size is 5.68(L)*2.78(W)*2.6(H) meters. This is larger than most shipping containers which are only 5.9*2.4x2.35 meters.
B:Due to the detachable structure design, the size can be customized. Other factories’ product is flat pack design, it can be only smaller than the shipping container size(5.9*2.4x2.35 meters). Our size is more flexible.
4.Natural Drainage System
The roof is EPS panel, all the gap will be fill with waterproof glue, rainwater will flow away all around. You don’t have to worry about the leaking. You can contact with us, asking for the leaking test video.
5.Luxurious decoration and Individual Design
Luxurious decoration: The steel structure is hidden inside the walls, the electric cables are hidden inside the ceiling, and there is also plastic corner hemming.
